Capresse Omelet Suitable for Celiacs

Ingredients
Mozzarella
50g.
Tomato
½ unit
Basil
10 leaves
Egg
1 unit
Salt and pepper
to taste
Preparation:
Dice the mozzarella in 2 cm. cubes. Cut up the
tomato in slices. Whip the egg with the spices in the
TartaExpress. Then, add the remaining ingredients,
cover the preparation and cook at full power for 1
½ minute.
Use gluten-free ingredients.
