Cornstarch Custard Suitable for Celiacs

Ingredients
Cornstarch Custard
2 tbsp.
Milk
250 c.c.
Sugar
4 tbsp.
Egg Yolk
1 Unit
Vanilla Extract
1 teaspoon
Preparation:
In a bowl place the egg yolk, the vanilla extract, the
sugar and the cornstarch. Mix all until incorporated.
Pour the milk and stir for 2 minutes. Place the preparation in the TartaExpress and cook at full power for about 4 minutes.
When serving, pour liquid caramel.
