Spinach, cheese and bacon omelet Suitable for Celiacs

Ingredients
Frozen spinach
150 g.
Mozarella
100 g.
Grated cheese
1 tbsp
Bacon
100 g.
Eggs
3 units
Nutmeg
1/2 coffee spoon
Herbs de Provence
1 coffee spoon
Preparation:
Place the eggs, the grated cheese, nutmeg, herbs de provence,
salt and pepper in the TartaExpress and beat for 1
minute. Add the remaining ingredients and stir. Cover the TartaExpress and cook at full power.
Use gluten-free ingredients.
