Broccoli Soufflé

Ingredients (for 1 portion)
Eggs
1 unit
Frozen broccoli
50 g
Salt and pepper
as needed
Flour
1tsp
Preparation
Process all the ingredients and pour them in the MiniSoufflé
until covering ¾ height. Cover and hit the base against the
kitchen counter for about 30 secs. Cook at full power for 1
½ minute. Once cooked, cool down for about 3 minutes and
unmold.
