Broccoli Soufflé

Ingredients (for 1 portion)
Eggs
1 unit
Frozen broccoli
50 g
Salt and pepper
as needed
Flour
1tsp
Preparation
Process all the ingredients and pour them in the MiniSoufflé
until covering height. Cover and hit the base against the
kitchen counter for about 30 secs. Cook at full power for 1
½ minute. Once cooked, cool down for about 3 minutes and
unmold.
