Ham, cheese, tomato and roquefort Omelet Suitable for Celiacs

Ingredients
Mozarella
50 g.
Tomato
½ unit
Ham
10 slices
Roquefort
40 g.
Egg
2 units
Salt and pepper
to taste
Preparation:
Dice the mozzarella in 2 cm. cubes. Cut the ham and tomato in slices. Use the fork to triturate the Roquefort. Whip the egg with the spices in the TartaExpress. Then, add the remaining
ingredients, cover the preparation and cook at full power for 1 ½ minute.
